These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ExtraLessons Zimbabwe platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Platform Purpose

ExtraLessons Zimbabwe is an online tutoring platform that connects teachers with students for supplementary education. Teachers create portals with lessons and mock exams; students subscribe to access content.

2. Teacher Responsibilities

• Teachers must provide accurate profile information including qualifications and subject expertise
• Teachers are responsible for the quality and accuracy of their lesson content
• Teachers must confirm student payments within a reasonable time
• Teachers must not upload content that violates copyright or is inappropriate for learners

3. Student Responsibilities

• Students must provide accurate payment proofs when subscribing
• Subscriptions are non-refundable once a teacher has confirmed payment
• Students must not share portal access credentials with others

4. Payments

Payments are processed manually via EcoCash, OneMoney, or bank transfer. The platform charges a service fee on each confirmed subscription. Teachers receive payouts after the platform fee is deducted.

5. Content Ownership

Teachers retain ownership of their lesson content. By uploading content, teachers grant ExtraLessons a non-exclusive licence to display that content to subscribed students.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, post fraudulent payment proofs, or engage in behaviour harmful to the platform or its users.

7. Limitation of Liability

ExtraLessons Zimbabwe is not liable for the quality of teaching, exam outcomes, or any loss resulting from use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is".
